Would it be okay if I used this Pokemon on the Pokemon RP Forum that I'm in the process of making with a friend?

If it's not okay, that's absoloutely fine, of course.
Lovely design/pokemon. I still can't get the hang of spriting. -_-
I'd like to use the previous form, as well, if that's okay. I'll post a comment there, too.
